Echo Park at Perry Crossing does not allow the following breeds or any mixture containing these breeds: American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, American Bully, American Bull Terrier, Wolf, Wolf Hybrids or Mix.

Maximum 2 pets per apartment.

Pet fees and monthly pet rent are determined by each pet's Fido Score through PetScreening:
Fido Score 1: $50 monthly pet rent and $500 one-time pet fee;
Fido Score 2: $45 monthly pet rent and $500 one-time pet fee;
Fido Score 3: $40 monthly pet rent and $500 one-time pet fee;
Fido Score 4: $35 monthly pet rent and $400 one-time pet fee;
Fido Score 5: $30 monthly pet rent and $400 one-time pet fee.

Second pet at Fido Score 1-5 additional $200 one-time pet fee.
